How long before I receive my ordered work?
Initial sketches are usually ready through three - five days. After you approval design, the final variant are e-mailed to you, usually it occurs in the same day. For multipage publications it is required to more time because of make-up of pages.Of course these times are averaged, since every job is different. Please budget 1 - 2 weeks of time from confirmation to delivery.

I am from another country. Is this a problem?
No. We have designed logos for clients in America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Are there additional charges for multiple colors?
No. Our logo design is one flat rate regardless of color combinations.

What type of file is my ordered work delivered as?
- PDF version - this type of files can be read by either Mac or PC (i.e.: Acrobat Reader) software.
- TIFF version - 300 dpi. This type of file can be imported into most PC and Mac software. These file types are standard for most software programs (web site building, desktop publishing and word processing software).
Besides if you ordered logo design you receive the following files:
- AI or CDR version. This type of files is an editable version that can be read by either Mac or PC (i.e.: Illustrator, Corel Draw) software.
- EPS version. This is a type of digital file that can be imported into most Mac and PC desktop publishing software.
- GIF transparent version - 72 dpi. This type of file is for web pages.
